This company spent under one hour replacing springs and bolts for my 88 year old mother's gargage door and charged her $1,300. I have emailedthe company for an explanation and recieved no response. as I see it they have just taken advatage of a senior citizen.

Jess is fantastic, as is the company. You sent someone out within an hour of my call, which was greatly appreciated since my car was stuck in the garage due to a broken spring. I had been having other problems with the opener and had scheduled with another company, but this was an emergency. I ended up replacing the entire unit, which Jess did very quickly and it is SO quiet and easy to use. He programmed everything for me also. This guy is professional, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend the company.

The gentleman from Precision came by as promised, even called to let me know he was running early. Very professional and informative about my options. My pit bull girls loved him...........dogs know when someone is a good person. We agreed that just fixing the problem with a very old garage door was something that could be done, but I opted to go with an entire new door and all that entails. I'm hoping the 4 weeks go by quickly because opening the door manually is a real drag.
