My technician was Jay Rivas. My appointment was scheduled between 8-10am. Jay called me at 7:50am and informed me of the time he would arrive. He was berg knowledge on the repairs needed on my opener and also recommend I look in to purchasing a new door as mine is quite old. He thoroughly provided me several options and pricing. I elected to go with what was in my budget. I felt good about my decision and did not feel pressured. Jay is very personable and provided excellent customer service.

Great experience! Jay arrived on time and asked me to explain the problem I'd been having. He looked over everything and went over in detail what was worn and what wasn't. I had expressed wanting to upgrade a few things and he gave me several options with cost. Once I made my decision he went to work and was done in a timely manor. The opener and other parts were replaced about 18 months ago. Recently I noticed a grinding noise in the area of the motor. Jay came out and adjusted the belt. I called Precision garage and door at 1 o'clock I got an appointment between 2 and 4. A tech named Jay Rivas showed up before two. Jay explained everything before he started the work. Jay did an excellent job in a short time. I would highly recommend Precision, I had the springs fixed five years ago cost me more five years ago and no warranty. With Percision I got a 10-year warranty. I highly recommend Precision. I recommend you make a sticker with all your information phone number etc and stick it next to the garage door opener on the wall that way when someone needs to call for repair they won't have to go on the Internet as I did. I wishing everyone a happy and healthy new year.
